- Get 1 packages of fresh gnocchi.
- You need 50 grams of cubed pancetta.
- Use 500 grams of tomato passata.
- Use 1 tsp of brown sugar.
- You need 1 pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Get 1 of cayenne pepper, basil, oregano and garlic powder.
- Get 50 grams of cheese, sliced.

- Heat some butter and oil in a wide pan over medium high heat. Then, add gnocchi and fry for a minute
- Then, add pancetta and fry until pancetta is crispy and gnocchi are golden brown
- Next, add tomato passata and season (the seasoning I used is listed above). Turn off heat immediately when passata warms through or your gnocchi will become too soft
- Then, add sliced cheese. You can either broil the top or put a lid over the pan and the residual heat will melt the cheese. Enjoy :)
