- Get 2 of onions chopped.
- Get 2 of tomatoes chopped.
- Prepare 4-5 cloves of garlic crushed.
- You need 4-5 of curry leaves.
- Take 1 pinch of Hing powder -.
- Take of mustard seeds.
- Take of jeera.
- Use of sesame seeds.
- Take 1/4 of th tspn sugar.
- Use of Salt as per taste.
- Prepare 2 of tbspns - oil.
- Prepare 1/4 of th tspn- Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 1/4 of th tspn - Jeera powder.
- You need 1/2 of tspn - chilli powder.
- Get 1/4 of th tspn - Garam masala.
- Get 1/4 of th tspn - Pavbhaji masala.
- Prepare leaves of coriander.
Steps to make Spicy Tomato Sabzi :
- In a kadhai add oil. When it's hot add Hing powder, mustard seeds, Jeera, Sesame seeds and curry leaves.
- Then add chopped onions. Saute until it's translucent.
- Then add chopped tomatoes and saute for few mins.
- Add turmeric powder, Jeera powder, salt, sugar and mix well.
- Close the lid for 2 Mins. So that tomatoes gets a bit mushy.
- Then add chilli powder, Garam masala, Pavbhaji masala and coriander leaves.
- Mix well and serve hot with chapati.
