  • Crush the soaked red chilli and garlic using a mortal and pestle. Crush it coarsely. Add this paste to tawa mix well. Add tomatoes mix and cook well till oil comes.
  • Mash the veggies with a masher and cook. Oil leaves from sides add pavbhaji masala then add peas and paneer cubes. Mix and switch off the flame
